1. A visa application form filled via the e-Consulate system, printed and signed.
2. A 3.5 x 4.5 cm colour photo

4. A copy of the passport page with personal data and a photo.
5. Healthcare insurance valid across all countries of the Schengen area for the amount not lower than EUR 30,000. If you apply for a multiple-entry visa, it should cover the date of the first entry - list of accredited insurance companies.
6. Copy of an ID document to confirm residence within the consular district of your application.
7. Proof that you have enough means of subsistence in the form decided by the mission:
   1. A proof of accommodation (for example, an official invitation or a hotel booking or reservation).
8. A copy of the flight ticket reservation containing the flight details and booking number.
9. Documents confirming thes purpose and the conditions of your planned stay in Poland.
10. Original letter from the employer / sponsor (in Saudi Arabia) confirming the employment status, position held, date of employment and the length of the contract, information on the possibility of extending the contract, as well as the salary. The letter must be attested by the local Chamber of Commerce (in the case of Saudi Arabia: Chamber of Commerce);

List of supporting documents to be submitted by applicants for short stay visas in Saudi Arabia

1. Documents to be provided by all visa applicants:
   1. Copy of flight/travel reservation/s including details of the itinerary and the flight reservation number.
   2. Bank statements for the last three months, including the current balance, or other verifiable evidence of sufficient means of subsistence during the intended stay, e.g. credit card copy and credit card statement.
   3. If the passport does not state the place of birth, a copy of ID card or a birth certificate must be submitted.
   4. For minors travelling without their parents/legal guardian: original authorisation signed by their parents/legal guardian and copy of passports) of parents/legal guardian.
   5. Original letter from employer/sponsor in Saudi Arabia stating employment status, position held, date of recruitment, lengthof contract and whether renewable or not, as well as salary, attested by the Chamber of Commerce. The letter must include the purpose ofthe visit and cost coverage guarantee, whether it is covered by the company or by the applicant. The letter from the sponsor must include the name and contact details (including mobile phone number) of the responsible person from the company.
   1. Non-Saudi nationals:
      1. Igama, valid for at least three months after the planned date of return, and one copy thereof.
      2. Saudi Arabian re-entry visa valid beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Schengen States.
      3. Bank statements(showing the regular monthly income/salary) for the past six months or other verifiable evidence of suffcient means of substance duringintended stay.

Certificate of enrolment at an educational establishment in the Schengen Member State for the purposes of attending vocational or theoretical courses within the framework of basic and further training or student cards or certificates of the courses to be attended. The certificate of enrolment from the educational establishment must include the contact details and a full reference address.
